ABOUT US

Michael has practiced law in the state of California since 1981. His current practice focuses on business litigation, estate planning and probate/trust litigation. Michael has presented arguments before the California Court of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court. Michael’s cases have been published on several occasions. He is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the South Bay Bar Association. He also serves as a volunteer arbitrator of attorney/client fee disputes for the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Michael is very involved in his community. He is a Past President of the Hermosa Beach Kiwanis Club, where he is currently serving as Youth Services Chair, and is presently serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce. Michael has volunteered his time to form and obtain nonprofit status for Redondo Beach Sister Cities, Bruins of the South Bay, and the Hermosa Beach Kiwanis Foundation. Michael is a native Southern Californian. He is a proud alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles, having graduated from that fine institution in three years. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1981, where he finished near the top of his class.
